The company has 4,500 mu of environmental protection plastic fishing raft breeding base in Dinghai Bay Customs and Inspection record, located at the junction of freshwater and seawater, with smooth water flow, excellent water quality and abundant resources. The base has been awarded the titles of “Aquatic Healthy Aquaculture Demonstration Base” by the Ministry of Agriculture, “ASC Global Sustainable Aquaculture Base”, “Organic Aquaculture Base” and “Pollution-free Aquaculture Base”. The company has passed various certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, IFS, ASC, MSC, etc.

In addition to the existing domestic leading production line of abalone series products, production line of Buddha jumping wall series products, production line of fish roe series, the company has also built a large-scale production line of marine biological products with an annual capacity of 1000 tons, using marine raw materials such as abalone, sea cucumber, oyster and deep-sea fish to develop a series of abalone peptide, oyster peptide, sea cucumber peptide, deep-sea fish collagen peptide and natural taurine, polysaccharide and other marine biological products.
Our products include abalone series products, sea cucumber series products, fish roe series products, Buddha jumping wall series products, dried seafood products and marine biological products, which are exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, the European Union, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Hong Kong and other major cities in China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and

1993
Lianjiang County Xingshun Processing Plant, the predecessor of Fuzhou Rixing Aquatic Food Co., Ltd., was established, mainly engaging in the primary processing of butternut fish and shrimp skin.
1997
The first one enterprise in China to process fish roe series products, now it has become the largest fish roe processing base in China and the top three in Asia. And the export volume and export value ranked the first in China. The New Technology of Fish Roe Fermentation was appraised by the provincial department as the leading level in China.
1999
The company established the abalone breeding base and became the first breeding base in Fujian Province for export commodity inspection record.
2003
Fuzhou Rixing Aquatic Food and Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. was established and obtained the foreign export registration certificate and certification to the United States. The main business is export-oriented.
2006
The first company in China carried out deep processing of frozen abalone.
2008
The first enterprise in China to develop canned abalone processing technology, and the formulated Technical Specification for Canned Abalone Processing became local standard in Fujian Province, and the Research on New Process of Canned Abalone Processing and Enzymatic Decomposition of By-products was identified by provincial departments as the leading level in China, and won the third prize of provincial science and technology and the third prize of municipal science and technology.
2009
The company was awarded the title of National High-tech Enterprise and Provincial Key Leading Enterprise. The company’s 4500 mu aquaculture base was awarded the honor of Aquaculture Demonstration Base of the Ministry of Agriculture.
2010
Captain Jiang stores was laid out in the country, including more than 100 direct sales stores and more than 300 distribution stores, which has greatly enhanced the brand awareness of Captain Jiang, and the trademark , Captain Jiang, won the honor of Chinese famous trademark.
2011
With the government’s promotion and support, a new production line for sea cucumber processing was added.
2013
The company was awarded the plaque of Enterprise Technology Center of Fujian Province and Engineering Research Technology Center of Abalone Breeding and Processing Enterprise of Fujian Province.
2014
The cooperation with Jimei University was proceeded to develop the project, Natural Taurine Extraction from Abalone Processing By-products.
2015
The addition of 500 meters of double spiral ultra-low temperature quick-freezing production line and -196 degrees ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen quick-freezing production line has greatly improved the company’s aquatic products processing level and ensured the superiority of product quality.
2016
The company set up a professional Internet e-commerce sales team, including Jingdong, Tmall, WeChat small program, Alibaba domestic and foreign stations, etc., to establish a sales platform and realize online and offline synchronized marketing strategy.
2018
Mr. Jiang Mingfu, the chairman of company, was awarded as the innovation and entrepreneurship leader by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and selected as the fourth batch of high-level talents in the National Ten Thousand People Plan by the Ministry of Organization.
2019
A production line with advanced technology for biological enzymatic hydrolysis of marine products was newly added. Extract marine small molecule bioactive peptides and biopolysaccharides and other products to promote the high-level development of enterprises from the deep processing of marine products to the high-level development of marine biological products.
2020
Developed and successfully launched seafood frog wall series products; canned abalone is awarded the title of Fujian Famous Brand Agricultural Products; marine biological products enter into large-scale production.
2021
The company’s science and technology team was awarded the title of “Leading Team of Abalone Bio-creation Industry” by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and undertook major special projects of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. 2022
